IKEA Dubai Festival City

We played an extensive role in delivering the structures of the first IKEA in the UAE, and the adjoining retail component located in Dubai Festival City. The setting for the retail outlets is an internal landscaped space complete with natural trees and flowing water features, all housed under a clear spanning glass roof.

We worked on the design development, documentation and construction supervision of the shell and core. The success of the development, which over a decade later remains one of Dubai’s most popular shopping destinations, serves to highlight our technical design, documentation and supervision capabilities.
